This website is dedicated to Qawwali music in general, and the Sufi-Way qawwali workshops in The Netherlands in particular. You'll find general information about Qawwali music here, as well as texts, pictures and music of past workshops.
Qawwali, the Sufi music of India and Pakistan, is devotional poetry set to music. For many years now we have held qawwali workshops in the Netherlands, led by Kiran Rana, in June and October. Kiran teaches us singing Qawwalis; by thus intensively studying the music and the texts, we get a glimpse of their spiritual meaning.

Babu Meraj has a special place in our hearts. For 40 years this venerated master performed his songs of love and devotion at the Dargah (grave/sanctuary) of Sufi Inayat Khan. He is the teacher of Kiran Rana, who leads our Qawwali workshops.
